Control-IQ is Tandem's most advanced automation system, which not only prevents hypoglycemia but also automatically delivers correction boluses and increases basal rate when needed. It offers nearly complete automation of insulin therapy.

How it works

Control-IQ builds on Basal-IQ and adds additional automation features:

• Automatic correction boluses: The system automatically delivers insulin for high glucose values
• Advanced Basal-IQ: Automatic basal rate adjustment with greater range
• Weighted average calculation: Considers the last 2 hours for better predictions
• Sleep Mode: Special settings for nighttime
